You will be charged the per minute rate of $0.89 /minute unless mentioned in your plan. If you frequently go over the included minutes, it may be time to upgrade to a higher plan.
Am I able to have 2 agents working at once?

Yes. We have a few clients who utilise both a sales agent and receptionist at the same time. Contact us and we can put together a package for you.
Do I have to install anything?

Nope. Your agent lives in the cloud. We’ll give you a number (or connect to your existing one), and set up any web widgets or integrations you need. We handle the tech — you just sit back and let the AI do its thing.
