Adam Thomas is a multidisciplinary creative and founder of HAIVN, an AI agency at the intersection of voice, design, and intelligent automation. After surviving stage 4 cancer, Adam re-emerged with a sharpened focus: to create tech that empowers people, not buries them in complexity. That drive led to the creation of HAIVN—a haven (yes, pun intended) for AI voice agents that aren’t just smart, but speak like people actually talk. Think sales agents who can hold a conversation. Over the past year, Adam’s led the development of HAIVN’s voice-first platform, crafting emotionally intelligent agents like SAIRA and KAILEY—blending natural wit, conversational nuance, and contextual logic. From creative direction to technical architecture, he’s built AI

systems that serve real businesses—from mobile mechanics to national sales teams—with soul and efficiency.

Adam is also the creative force behind Kid Kartel, a rebooted children’s IP brand, and IIZUP, a design studio pushing the boundaries of AI-powered branding, content, and storytelling. His work spans voice UX, web design, film, music, AI onboarding, and product strategy—and if
